The true transformation of the company occurred with the inclusion of Antonio Aleixo, a business mentor recognized for his track record of success and his unique ability to identify opportunities.

Before becoming a mentor, Antonio was a prominent entrepreneur who instilled his ethical and moral values, and not only achieved impressive financial results, but also profoundly impacted the lives of his employees, customers, and suppliers, who continue to apply his practices even after his departure.
